This article details sending a Partner request, viewing Partner and Client profiles and certificates.
'Supply Chain Management' is a new section in the navigation on the left. The options under this are 'Partner Staff', 'Client Staff', 'Partners' and 'Clients'. These new terms (Partner Staff & Client Staff) replace Subcontractor and Active Main Subcontractor which were previously used.
1. Click 'Supply Chain Management', then click 'Partner Staff' in the navigation on the left.
2. On this page, you can click 'Share staff with a partner' to allow a company to share their user profiles and certificates with you.
3. In the 'Create a Staff Share Request' window search for the company you wish to send the request to.
4. Here you can also select if you want the shared profiles to be automatically added to a Team and whether all staff profiles should be automatically shared with you. Please also select the certificates you will need visibility of.
5. Click 'Send Request' and the company will be notified and can approve this when they login.
6. The below screen will update as requests are sent and approved.
7. Click the number in the 'Partners' box to see all companies that are sharing user profiles and certificates with you.
8. Click the number in the 'Clients' box to see any companies you are sharing user profiles and certificates with.
9. Click the 'Open Staff Share Requests' box to see any outstanding requests that have not yet been approved.
