Team Onboarding Management & My Compliance menu item - New Features

We have introduced some new Admin features and improvements to assist with faster onboarding onto Teams and sites. We have added a new 'My Compliance menu' item to further simplify the end user's experience of completing onboarding and inductions.

The new Team Onboarding Management feature allows you to view your Team Members' Compliance progress, assign onboarding forms & induction courses to profiles, and to also issue reminder notifications for any outstanding tasks.

 

New Feature: Team Onboarding Manager UI - This new interface puts all staff onboarding data into the hands of the team administrator to help them faster onboard people into teams and onto sites.

Improvement: Approve certificates within user profiles - Administrators can now approve all certificates awaiting approval directly from the User profile, making it easier to onboard a specific person when they are coming through the process.

Improvement: Onboarding Portal User Experience - The staff onboarding portal (accessible via QR code and web link) has been given a facelift to make it easier for people to sign-up, and onboard without missing forms or e-learning courses. Logging in has never been easier, as repeat users signing up will now be challenged with a one-time pass code rather then have to go through a password reset flow.

New Feature: New My Compliance menu item - We have re-imagined the end-users compliance application experience. This will allow users to see all their compliance data and outstanding tasks on one screen, regardless of account - certificates, onboarding programmes, training, e-learning, CPD hours and more.
