This articles explains how you can create, filter and view reports.

Create new custom report |
1. Click 'Analytics', then click 'Reporting' in the navigation on the left.
2. Clicking 'System Reports' will bring up a list of pre-populated reports. These were built based on feedback from clients regarding what type of reports would be most beneficial to have on the system.
3. Clicking the name of one of the system reports will allow you to view, filter and download the report.
4. System reports will automatically include all of the relevant information on the system. For example, 'Certificates Expired Now' will include all certificates for all profiles which are expired now.
5. The 'date filter' is a required field to add to reports. You must chose a date property, for example, issue date or expiry date. You must also filter the date property to is, is before, is after, is equal to or is between some form of date. For example, expiry date is before This Quarter or expiry date is between 1/08/2023 and 31/08/2023.
6.Clicking 'Add filter' on the left allows you to add properties to filter the system report by. This includes properties of the certificate, profile and team.
7. Filters can be removed by clicking the bin icon beside the filter name.
8. Reports down be downloaded to an excel file by clicking 'Export'.
9. Clicking customize, then will allow you to add and remove any data you want included which can also be visualized in chart form.
10. On this page, you can click 'visualization' to view the report in various chart types. Charts can be changed by clicking a different option under 'Click chart type'.
11. Click 'Next' then 'Create a new report'
12. Enter the name of the report, then click 'save as new report'.
13. This will then be visible in 'My Reports' and 'All Reports'.
14. Clicking the name of the report will then allow you to filter it and change the chart type. You can then save it as a new report by clicking 'Create a new report' or you can 'Update current report'.
15. Clicking 'Create a Report' allows you to create various reports from scratch.
16. Clicking 'Start a report' under the report type you want to create or any of the objects under the 'Single Object Report' enables you to add data properties and filters to report on.
17. Under 'Advanced Reporting and Analysis Builders' you can also build a 'Ciri CPD Report' to capture user's CPD hours.
17. Follow steps 9-11 to finish creating a report, which will also be visible in 'My Reports' and 'All Reports'.
