Steps on how to a add a training course to the Trainer account.
1. Login
2. Click 'Training Courses' from the navigation on the left.
3. Click the green plus icon on the right hand side of the screen to add a new course.
4. Start typing the name of the course you want to add in the name box to see a list of courses available - select the correct name from the list.
(If the course name is not in the list you can request that the Support team add the name to the dropdown list for you).
5. Select the course type; Classroom (in person) or Online.
6. Select a Trainer (This doesn't need to be the person carrying out the course, more the admin that will be notified if a course is booked etc.).
7. Delete sample description and add your own if you wish.
8. Set a location (choose the most common location as this can be updated each time someone books a course to suit the client).
9. Enter learning time.
10. Enter costs & available spaces.
11. Turn on or off notifications.
12. Click 'Save Changes'.
Once you click save changes this is your course created and people can now book this through Skillko. You can repeat this process for however many courses you want to add. Our recommendation is to add the common courses you know clients want to book and you can continue to add to this list.
