1. Share Multiple Teams with Partners
Clients can now share multiple teams with their partners, making it easier to manage large-scale collaborations.

- Partners receive a notification and can add staff directly to the shared
2. Streamlined Partner Staff Addition
Once a team is shared:
- Partners receive a notification which upon following the Client and Team are pre-selected.
- All the partner needs to do is select the staff to add - no extra steps required.
3. Automatic Onboarding Assignment
When a contractor is added directly to a team:
- If the team has an onboarding program, it will be automatically assigned to the contractor.
- Ensures consistent onboarding across all teams.
4. Team-Level Compliance Visibility
Partners can now view compliance scores rolled up by team:
- See how compliant each team is based on the staff shared.
- Helps partners monitor and improve compliance performance.
5. Advanced Staff Share Request Options
Clients now have more control when sharing staff profiles:
- Specify the team the profiles should be added to.
- Assign job roles to the profiles.
- Choose which certificates to share—all in one streamlined request.
