Changes to Login Screen

SSO (Single Sign-On) lets your users log into all your organisations applications (including Skillko) with a single login.

Skillko tenant accounts with no SSO enabled will have the username & password pathway only.

  • When users try to log in, they’ll first see a screen asking for their email address. The system will check the email’s domain to see if SSO is enabled for their Skillko account. If SSO isn’t enabled, they can proceed to enter their password (as shown below)

If SSO is enabled, users can choose between two settings. forced SSO or hybrid SSO, from their Skillko account settings.

  • Forced SSO: Users are required to log in via SSO only. After entering their email, they’re directed to the SSO authentication process without the option to use a Skillko password.
  • Hybrid SSO: Users can choose to log in with either SSO or a Skillko password. The login process starts with Image 1 (above) where users enter their email, and then transitions to Image 2 (below) which shows both login options (SSO or password) if hybrid SSO is enabled.
