Improving Learn Course Lists with Archived Profiles

We’re introducing an enhancement to make Learn course tracking more accurate and efficient.

When a user profile is archived:

  1. If they are in the "Not Completed" list for any Learn course, they will be automatically removed.

  2. They will no longer appear in:

    • Not Started lists

    • In Progress lists

    • Any reports showing incomplete Learn courses


Example:

In the screenshot provided,  In the Not Completed list shows users with a status of Not Started.
After archiving any of these users:

  • Their names will instantly disappear from the list.

  • They won’t appear in future report exports from Skillko Reports.
