Collapsible Menu
Firstly we have introduced a collapsible menu allowing you to hide or show the menu panel. When hidden, you can click on the menu icons to access the pages in this section.
If you prefer to leave the menu open as before, you can select the green icon to hold it in this open position.
Training Compliance
'Training Compliance' is a new section in the navigation on the left. The options under this are 'Profiles', 'Teams', 'Training Matrix' and 'Skills Matrices'.
Clicking 'Profiles' will bring you to the Profiles list, which is explained by clicking here.
Note that your Profiles list now includes all direct and partner (subcontractor) profiles. Filters at the top of the screen will allow you to display specific profiles.
Clicking 'Teams' will bring you to the Teams list, which is explained by clicking here.
Note that your Team list now includes one dropdown list where you can search for and add profiles to the team. This list will include direct and partner (subcontractor) profiles.
Clicking 'Training Matrix' will bring you to the Training Matrix, which is explained by clicking here.
Clicking 'Skills Matrices' will bring you to the new Skills Matrix Feature which highlights any skills gaps and tells you what percentage of your users are compliant to hold their job role. The feature is explained in detail by clicking here.
Training Coordination
'Training Coordination' is a new section in the navigation on the left. The options under this are 'Training Courses', 'Marketplace' and 'Orders'.
Supply Chain Management
'Supply Chain Management' is a new section in the navigation on the left. The options under this are 'Staff', 'Partners' and 'Clients'. These new terms (Partners & Clients) replace Subcontractor and Active Main Subcontractor which were previously used.
Clicking 'Staff' will bring you to the Supply Chain Staff page which used to be accessed by clicking 'Contractors'. On this page, you can send a request to a 'Partner' account, as well as view active 'Partners', active 'Clients' and 'Open Staff Share Requests' which is explained in detail by clicking here.
Clicking 'Partners' will bring you to the 'Partner Register' of Skillko's New Supply Chain feature. Clicking 'Clients' will bring you to the 'Client Register' of the New Supply Chain feature. Currently in BETA, find out more about this feature by clicking here.
