We’re introducing an enhancement to make Learn course tracking more accurate and efficient.
When a user profile is archived:

If they are in the "Not Completed" list for any Learn course, they will be automatically removed.

They will no longer appear in:
-
Not Started lists
-
In Progress lists
-
Any reports showing incomplete Learn courses

Example:
In the screenshot provided, In the Not Completed list shows users with a status of Not Started.
After archiving any of these users:

Their names will instantly disappear from the list.

They won’t appear in future report exports from Skillko Reports.
