      Configuring Training Matrix

      This feature that allows you to fully configure the columns displayed in your Training Matrix. This gives you more control over the information visible to your Admins and Team Admins, as well as the ability to manage CSV import permissions.

       

      How to Configure Your Training Matrix View:

      Follow these steps to customise your Training Matrix columns:

      1. Log in to your Skillko account.
      2. From the left-hand menu, go to Account Settings.
      3. Click on Training Matrix Settings.
      4. Select Edit Training Matrix Settings.
      5. Use the available toggles to:
      6. Choose which columns are visible to Admins and Team Admins.
      7. Enable or disable the ability for them to import CSV files.
      8. Once you have toggled off any columns you do not want to display, click Save to apply your changes.

      Please note: If you turn off Import CSV, the system shows you more toggles to control other parts of the Training Matrix.
      If you turn it on, those extra toggles disappear.
