We’ve made some important improvements to make things clearer and easier to use. Here’s what’s changed:
Dashboard Fixes

The Expired section now shows all PQQs marked as "Expired," even if they don’t have an expiry date.

Only active PQQs will show up in partner dashboard reports.
PQQ Improvements

You can now see if a PQQ is Active (Yes) or Inactive (No) on both the client and partner views.

Only admins can turn a PQQ on or off - others won’t be able to change it.

If an admin makes a change, a pop-up will confirm the update before it saves.

When a PQQ is turned off, all related files will also be marked inactive automatically.

A record is saved every time the active status is changed.
Expiry & Notifications

Expiry reminders and alerts will only be sent for active PQQs.

If a PQQ expires, the contractor’s status will automatically update to "Expired" for both clients and partners to see.
